Mission Possible

Heidi Vamvakaris, the beloved co-owner of Mykonos Restaurant in London Canada, has had one mission for thirty-one years. When my Profitable Broads group went for dinner we asked her what it was. Heidi said without hestiation,

To create a sense of well being and receive people with warmth and joy and give them a holiday feeling away from their stresses.

Now that’s a mission.
